I specialize in both acrylic and conte... however I've also worked in felt tip, pastel, Chinese ink, charcoal, chalk, and coloured powders. My main passion is for figure studies and canine portraiture, but the galleries also include landscapes, still life works, abstracts, and a gallery including works that don't neatly fit into any of the above categories.

Stop by Shirelings Rattery, and meet all the rats who share my art studio with me. My goal is to increase the life span of pet rats. By breeding only the healthiest and longest lived lines I hope to produce rats with a life expectancy of four or five years vs. the 1.5 to 2 years often experienced currently. Rats are intelligent, friendly, and very loving - they really do make fabulous family members. They adore their families, both ratty and human alike, and live for their time spent with us.

Well, I finally took the plunge and bought myself a Cafe Press premium shop. I love the idea of art being accessible to the masses. Prints, shirts (for people and dogs), mugs, buttons, magnets, bumper stickers, shorts, bibs, collectible tiles, and many other items. My shop - the Dogs Galore store - includes impressionist dog art and canine pop art featuring Havanese and Chihuahuas. There are also items featuring non-dog art, and products for outfitting your Service Dog.

Assistance Animals of Saskatchewan is a nonprofit Canadian organization dedicated to providing service dogs to those who need them.<- My Service Dog Site!

AASK; Animal Assistants Inc. is a registered nonprofit corporation based in Saskatoon, SK. We train Service Dogs to work with, and provide greater independence to, persons with disabilities. These specially trained Assistance Animals can be trained to pick up dropped items, retrieve a telephone, get help, ground a person who dissociates, respond to panic and anxiety attacks by removing someone from the trigger, lead their person to a safe place, etc. These dogs change lives, and it is something I am proud to be a part of.
