I gave up my web design career in '99. I found it took me away from doing the things I loved most. I got tired of the constant rushing, and the hours and hours of staring at strings of code. However, now that I have stepped away from doing it full time, and have had a break, I have decided to take on the occasional project. I enjoy creating background sets, and jpg's featuring portrait art and animal photographs, as well as working on pet sites. So this is my plan:
I will accept design projects revolving around pets. Breeder sites, show brags, pet products, family albums, personal animal homepages, memorial sites, and parent club websites. If the site you are proposing does not fall into any of these, still feel free to contact me, I may know of someone who would be right for your project. From this time forward, I will only accept web design projects featuring much loved pets and animals.
- Background:
- A background created from your photographs or a selected art piece. This is for the background, and does not include any other graphics or coding. $35 US or $50 Canadian
- Background Set:
- Includes a background designed around your photographs or a selected art piece, which can be tiled, have a side bar, top bar, or bordered. It also includes one horizontal rule, one bullet, and up to eight link buttons. It does not include any website coding. $70 US or $100 Canadian
- Background Set and Site Template:
- This includes a background set, but also comes with a hand coded website template where you can fill in the text and links to make as many pages as you wish. A simple table set, two or three columns, or a basic page layout. This does not include frames. $100 US or $145 Canadian
- Custom Website Design:
- I will work with you one on one to design every page in your site. You provide the images, the text, and the links, and I'll put it together for you. Starting from the background set, and working through the entire site including promotion and robot-friendly meta tags. Prices start at $200 US or $290 Canadian and go up depending on the complexity of the design.
